It was a reminder that she can elevate even a brief appearance with the right mix of sensitivity and intensity.Also Read: Deepika Padukone Opens Up on Collective Global Success With Alia Bhatt and Ananya Panday。    特约记者 张旭                        近年来，南大山满族乡立足实际，加大招商引资力度，在盘活农村闲置资产、调整农业产业结构等方面持续发力，积极引进项目落地，不断延伸全产业链，全力推动现代农业产业实现新突破，为乡村振兴赋能续航。                       走进南大山食用菌工厂化珍稀项目及循环经济全产业链项目群施工现场，首期建成的两座爱尔兰出菇示范棚已投入使用，工人们正忙着向示范棚内搬运菌包。                       项目采用爱尔兰大棚生态栽培模式，综合利用玉米秸秆、牲畜粪便等农业废弃物为原料，通过微生物发酵技术，生产黑皮鸡枞、双孢菇等珍稀食用菌，可实现规模化、高效化生产，降低成本，增加收益，有利于推广农民参与栽培。一座面积500平方米的大棚，每年收入可达30万余元，使食用菌变成农民在家门口实现增收的“致富菇”。                       乡党委副书记谷熹明介绍说：“该项目成功落地后，新民村成立了食用菌专业合作社，采取企业+农户的模式，一方面通过合作社为企业输入劳动力，再把农业废弃物制成原材料向企业进行提供。另一方面通过合作社与企业联系，帮助农户提供食用菌的种植技术，使村民实现增收致富。”                        南大山满族乡坚持“党建引领、龙头带动、群众参与”的农业发展思路，着力把盘活闲置资产与项目建设相结合，引进南大山食用菌工厂化珍稀项目及循环经济全产业链项目群，为农业现代化发展带来新理念、新技术、新经验，激发乡村振兴“一池春水”。                       据悉，南大山食用菌工厂化珍稀项目及循环经济全产业链项目群总投资1.26亿元，是集工厂化食用菌栽培、食用菌精深加工、菌糠生产有机肥、有机蔬菜稻米示范、智慧农业示范平台、农产品营销网络等于一体的全产业链项目，形成闭环生产的现代绿色生态循环农业。项目建成后，日产6万包黑皮鸡枞，实现数字化、工厂化生产，将成为全国最大的单体菌生产基地之一。乡党委书记魏军生说：“食用菌栽培作为南大山满族乡的招商引资项目，不仅给本乡农业产业结构调整指明新的方向，同时，还盘活了农业大棚400余座。

B | 利用本项目的技术资源和一些其他优势，有效地动员村民参与到食用菌栽培项目中，解决本乡劳动力就业200余人，对我乡村民增收、家庭致富和乡村振兴将起到很大的促进作用。
